Dianne is responsible for consulting services including risk management and regulatory compliance.  She has worked in physician practice management since 2014. Her career has been focused in healthcare operations, legal services, and healthcare IT services, with diverse experience in client services, implementation, contracting, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, project management, change management, and process improvement working with private equity-backed physician groups, healthcare start-ups, and grant-funded and for-profit health systems including HCA. Dianne earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Organizational Development from Bethel University in Nashville, TN. She earned a Masters degree in Management from The George Washington University in Washington D.C.  Dianne holds the Certification in Healthcare Compliance credential from the Health Care Compliance Association and a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification from the Legal Lean Sigma Institute LLC.
