Madi is responsible for performing review of claims and medical records to assess the accuracy and quality of clinical documentation and the related third party billing. In addition to her review work, she provides recommendations to clients to support improvement of clinical documentation. Madi earned her Associate of Arts degree from Pellissippi State Technical Community College in Knoxville, TN. She holds Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Professional Coder in Dermatology (CPCD) credentials from the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC).
