Marcy is responsible for managing key consulting services including regulatory compliance, risk management and operational excellence. She has worked in the healthcare industry since 1996 with experience in insurance plan operations, healthcare IT operations and practice management for multiple specialties. Her focus includes operations, education, regulatory compliance, information technology and risk management. Marcy earned her Bachelors in Fine Arts from the University of Akron, Akron, OH.  Marcy holds the Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) credential from the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from the Healthcare Compliance Association (HCCA).
