Susan is responsible for consulting services including regulatory compliance and site assessment. She has worked in the healthcare industry since 1996 with experience in research, hospital-based and specialty clinical pathology laboratory practices. Her roles have included clinical, operational, safety and regulatory compliance for histopathology laboratories with a focus in dermatopathology. Her experience includes OSHA, CLIA and CAP regulatory compliance. In addition to her compliance review work, Susan provides recommendations to clients to support improvement of on-site regulatory documentation. Susan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Carson Newman University in Jefferson City, TN. Susan holds the Certified Histologic Technician (HT) credential from the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
